Notes:
The Mt Jackson Pharmacy was originally Marion Everly's drug store. In 1974, Kay Paul Schowalter (1937-2019)² purchased the Store. ¹

I could not determine what year the store changed its name, but it was eventually renamed to the "Mt Jackson Pharmacy".¹
The last newspaper mention I could find that used the name "Everly's Drug Store" was in 1960³, and the earliest newspaper mention I could find that used the name "Mt Jackson Pharmacy" was in 1987⁴, so that doesn't narrow it down much. I suspect the name change came while the store was owned by Showalter, possibly when he first purchased the store.

In 1987, the store temporarily moved to 5956 Main Street, and eventually moved to 110 Medical Drive.^5,6

I don't know when the Mt Jackson Pharmacy closed, but the last newspaper mention I could find was in 2004.⁷
