Company Names, addresses, dates:
  Dr W.A. Vaughan, Timberville VA

Notes:
Dr. William Alanzo Vaughan (1860-1933)1 was a doctor in Timberville, Virginia, as early as 1885. 2
He continued to be a doctor in Timberville until his death in 1933.3

I couldn't find any newspaper ads or articles that mentioned his drugstore. But I've seen 2 bottles on ebay that said "DR. W.A. VAUGHAN'S DRUG STORE TIMBERVILLE, VA.", and the metal token below also implies he had a drug store in Timberville.

His son, Dr. Allen Lee Vaughan 4 owned the Vaughan's drugstore in Strasburg, Virginia.
