Notes:
 In 1901, George N. Reed and Luther B. Rice started the Reed & Rice department store in Reedville VA. 3

In 1912, they announced that they were constructing a new building to house their store, and it would include a 22x36-foot drug store, described as a "business that Reedville has needed for some time".4
The drug store opened up in 1913, with Charles H. Thomasson as the druggist. 1
The first reference I could find to that drug store being called the "Reedville Pharmacy" was in December of that year.5

At some point the Reedville Pharmacy became separate from the Reed & Rice department store. 6
I don't know exactly what year the the store closed down, but the last newspaper reference I could find was in 1992.2
