Notes:
Franklin Chester Larabee (1883-1943)3 purchased the drug store of LeGrand Donohoe at 32 e Mellen Street in 1913.2
He ran that drugstore until at least 1925, after which time it became Woodward's Drug Store. 1

After he sold his Phoebus store, he moved to Florida, but later moved back to Phoebus, where is went into the Insurance and Real Estate businesses. He was a member of the Virginia State Senate clerical staff for about 18 years, and the Town Recorder for Phoebus for about 15 years.4
