Notes:
 James Alston McCarrick (1869-1913)3 and Percey E. Lewis (1879-1918)4 started the McCarrick & Lewis Wholesale Drugstore in 1900.2

I've seen a bottle on ebay with their name embossed on the front, and "OLD HOMESTEAD SARSAPARILLA" on the back, so it seems likely that they created their own sarsaparilla.

Their drugstore was short lived, as they filed for bancruptcy in 19055, and don't appear in any city directories after that year.
