Notes:
 Elon Frederick Linhoss (1890-1951)3 was a veteran of WW-I. He started his pharmacy in New Market in 1921. It was originally called "Linhoss and Shirley Pharmacy". 1

It was in a building that formerly held Henkel's Drugstore building, but moved in 1939.4

The new site was known as the "Nelson Site", and Linhoss remained there until 1950, when he was in bad health, and he sold the building to Mr. & Mrs. W.F. Vaughan. 2
