 Dr. Thaine Edward Billingsley (1925-2014)1 was a doctor in the Monterey/McDowell area.
He came to McDowell in 19542, and retired in 20033.

I could not find any evidence that he owned a drugstore, so I don't know if the bottle shown below came some other drugstore or directly from Dr Billingsley.

It also has a stamped date that says "JUN 6, 1975".
