Notes:
 Charles Fisher Collins (1868-1958)1 was the proprietor of the Crewe Pharmacy.
Charles got his pharmacy degree in 1900.2

I'm not sure when the Crewe Pharmacy started, but in October 1909 Charles' father Mr. J.F. Collins of Richmond took charge of it.3
By 1911, Charles was owner of the drugstore4.
His Crewe Pharmacy shows up in various directories until at least 1927.
