 James Oliver Lewter (1895-1927)2 passed his registered pharmacist exam in April 1917. 3

Hilda Saunders Lewter Love (1899-1998)4 passed her registered assistant pharmaist exam in July of 1920, and she was one of the first women in Virginia to do so.5

Hilda married James in November of 1922. 6
I don't know if the Lewter's Drug store was started before or after they got married. I do know that Hilda's obituary says that she operated Lewter's Drug Store for 50 years.7
