G. S. Hall is listed as a drug store owner in Amelia VA in the 1930 and 1940 US Census, so presumably he owned the Hall Drug Company.
An article in the October 9, 1956 Richmond Times Dispatch newspaper said that the Hall Drug Store building had been sold for $22,500 by the county's board of supervisors.
