Notes:
I can't find "Pal Ade" in any Washington DC City directories or phone books. The trade mark for Pal fruit-flavored drink was registered in Washington DC in 1944¹, so it's possible that Pal Ade originated in Washington DC. I've also seen Pal Ade bottles from Newport New Virginia, as well as Marion Virginia.
