Notes:
John D. O'Meara (born 1856) was the older brother of James Frank O'Meara (born 1859), and both were bottlers ².

Frank J. O'Meara is listed in an 1890 DC directory as a bottler, but James F. O'Meara is listed as a bottler in the 1900 census. My guess is it's the same guy (James Frank O'Meara, brother of fellow bottler John D. O'Meara).
