A Washington Post article from March 13, 1895 said that Joseph S. Beach & Brawner
were starting a mineral water manufactory, and were already selling their goods
to dealers. Another Post article from March 27 of that same year said that the
mineral water factory was being built on North Royal Street on the square owned
by Councilman Joseph S. Beach.
